Have i got this right

all you need of the customer to set them up is........ Name.......Email address...... the amount

I then input that info at home, i cant see on the App how you do it, then when you have cleaned you press the button the customer will receive a email confirmation and the money comes out in a few days ??

Please correct me if i am wrong

Correct, in fact its just email address and full name.
You then input those details in to your Gocardless page and your custie is contacted by Gocardless and has to give them account details.
They will probably we wary of giving out their bank details but tell them to Google Gocardless and they will see that they are one of the UK's biggest direct debit providers so they need not worry.
