double d.i?

on the double di i have the first one is showing 5ppm should i swap them over now? or wait till it gets a little higher? my ppm from the tap is about 45!!

By first do you mean the "newest" resin? If so it's up to you. Being twin DI you're not wasting anything whether you change it now or wait a little longer. ;)

You take the reading from the second di. When that one starts to show 5 then chuck the resin away in the first vessel, replace it with new resin and then put the vessel reading 5 as the first in line and the new vessel with new resin second in line and repeat
