Portsmouth City Council (the Council) wishes to procure building cleaning
services to be delivered at Springfield School, Portsmouth. Springfield
School is a Local Authority Comprehensive School located within the
Drayton area of the City with approximately 1,150 pupils aged 11-16 in
attendance. The site consists of 8 blocks built at different times between
1955 and the present day. The contract is scheduled to commence no later
than Thursday 2.1.2014 following the award of the contract in mid-November
2013. The value of the contract per annum is circa 70,000 GBP. The
contract term will be for an initial period of 3 years extendable in
increments to be agreed to a total maximum term of 7 years, subject to
agreement and performance of both parties.

— Hygiene areas (Priority) including; Toilets, Sinks and Washroom areas.
— Prestige Areas (Priority); includes public access areas and receptions.
— Window cleaning - Interior and exterior
— Other requirements include; waste bins, lifts etc.
