Been asked to quote this office inside & out. its about 45ft high.

The problem is there is a 1.3m overhang underneath the glass on all floors. There are also shutters over the top row of windows on each floor which need to be held up by someone to then be cleaned as they do not stay up themselfs.

As the overhangs underneath the glass are sturdy enough could someone get lifted up to the top using a MEWP and then get out and walk along the ledge? How would this be feasible?

We used to do one that looks similar.
Couldn't do behind the shutters, they were fixed.
The glass above the bars is no problem, just use a longer pole, gooseneck, stand back-you're laughing.

Do you think it will be possible with a gooseneck as its a 1.3m overhang? Also they want the glass underneath the shutters cleaned as the shutters can be lifted up, nightmare!

Yeah, it's not as dramatic as you think. The 1.3m
Get the extra long gooseneck.
You could probably work out the angles with basic trigonometry.
See if you can turn up on the sly, flop your pole out and see what angles you can hit.
You can poke the pole through the bars with a bit of lateral thinking too.

Get in your garage and create yourself a gooseneck extension for this job! Im sure abit of ducktape and a old pole will solve the problem

How would you suggest cleaning underneath the shutters that need to be lifted up? This is the bit im struggling on

Could you not use a small squeegee to remove whatever cleaning agent you put in the glass? It will fit through those shutters by the look of it.
