Adwords Rip offs $ Scams
« on: August 28, 2013, 12:14:06 pm »
Hi guys,

Recently I delegated my adwords advertising campaign to a company based in Manchester.
This company first made contact in around end of June with a great sales pitch. 1. A promise that my ad would always be in the top 3 listings for my selected keywords. 2. It would cost only £180 for the month with no contract to stay with them. 3. It was in there interest to generate business for me as I would more likely stay with them for a longer period.
Now, I usually look after this end of things myself but due to time constraints thought it would be a good idea
to outsource it. Big Mistake ! The first month was not great to say the least , I got 3 jobs from it, so you could say I broke even, but I have done a lot better myself. when they rang the second month I told the guy that I would not be going with them ever again.. He pleaded with me for one more month , running down his colleague and stating that she was not doing her job and he would have words with her. He would get much better returns and it would only cost £140 for the month as I had £40 remaining from the previous months budget. Like a big fool , I went along him  :-[.
The advert was always in the sidebar on Google.
They never answered their phones.
Emails went unanswered.
My texts to "cease the campaign" to his mobile also went unanswered.
I was totally ignored.
So advertising in June and July has been a disaster for me.
But to rub salt into the wound another £140 has been taken from the credit card this week 23-08-2013.
I rand his mobile No. from a private phone this morning, it was answered with silence, I also remained silent. He hung up. I rang again  5 mins later, He answered nervously, I reminded him who  I was and recounted my story to which he informed me that he had been sacked from the company a number of weeks ago and that there was little he could do about it, if only I could have reached down the line with my hands...squeal you little pig !
I just thought I would share this with you as it is clear that this scumbag and his weasel friends are targeting the cleaning industry. So heads up guys. oh , the name of the company is NEM Solutions ( North East Media Solutions )

Keep it Tight  ;)

It was a company based in Manchester, and also in Wales, called NEM Solutions ( North East Media Solutions ),

I should have been wiser after the 1st months performance, I feel a right fool for going back for a 2nd helping.
But would hire the guy to sell services for me in a heart beat....
Anyways now got to get the credit card companies fraud section on to them..

I get these all the time, I ask what number they called me on, if it's my freephone I hang up, if it's my mobile I just put it in my pocket and let them waffle on, they soon hang up.
