Brian,
SPM mixed with a touch of fibre shampoo works as well as anything.

Releasit hydrox i a very good product and works great on tea and coffee stained office tiles.
Dynamall is also an excellent product and smells lovely, make sure you try out one of John Kelly's zebra bonnets!!!

Hi Dan,
Just enough to make a foam as the pad goes over it. Fibre Shampoo crystallises when it dries so has an encap effect. You can also boost it with some Oxibrite. We did a large job in an office which provided the perfect opportunity to try out Dynamal and Surround. Both did a reasonable job but towards the end we tried SPM and fibre shampoo and that produced by far the better result of the three which was surprising given the hype around the Encap products.

Ok so i cleaned some grubby blue carpet tiles for a customer this morning..
Some heavy tea and coffee spillages which quite literately disappeared within minutes after applying Hydrox (at spotter 1:3 strength)
I then applied a light spray of dynamall and worked it in with a zebra bonnet... the results were nothing short of outstanding.

After
