By the time you vacuum the TM is 2/3 finished.

The one thing tms do is give you virtually guaranteed cleaning times meaning that heavily soiled carpets can be cleaned as fast as lightly soiled ones.

Why did you go down the LM route Mike rather than your truckmount?

This job combined the 2 things I hate most, a freshly decorated house ( including gloss on the stair bannister) & attic cleaning >:( >:(

We looked the job over and decided the best option was using bonnets, I'd rather carry a rotary to the top than have to deal with protecting all the paintwork with dust sheets

We have run 2 vans full time for 12 years and 99% of our work we bonnet so it is very feasible to only bonnet.
Obviously you will get the very occasional minger that may require extracting but when you are experienced in low moisture there are so many chemicals nowadays that can solve most problems.
I am being 100% truthful when I say that if I was given a brand new truckmount I would sell it.

Call me old fashioned or maybe a bit naive but I always feel the need to rinse extract when cleaning carpets. I use a rotary to prescrub and I often think thats all I need to do and many customers comment how good it looks even before I use the tm.
I always feel the need to still rinse tho almost as if i feel im doing the job half hearted. I have encapped a few jobs and the results were good.
To someone like hector, I hope you dont mind me asking but is all the work you do rotary cleaning?
Do you use encap products and how would you clean upholstery?
Im not asking to be sarcastic. Im just really intrigued and would love to learn more and feel I could use it more in my business.  I always use hwe on everything as this was the way my dad taught me.
