Local estate agents to me owes me £75 and gone into a CVA  for 5 years - if taxman dont bankrupt them then will take 5 years to get my money ... seen list of creditiors and mine smallest amount.

If your local to me then think carefully before doing anywork for TC Adams / Thomas C Adams

When i was running a property maintenance company some years back TCA approached us to carry out some work on properties, worth quite a lot of money but part of the condition, (before i got the work) was to do some work- for free - on the owners home, worth about £600...........the only picture i can recall was the horror on the office manageress face, Chester Branch, When i came in and told her to "Stick this right up his a**e" and thru the all the paper work over the desk.
He was  SHARK then and i am not surprised this has happened

That old snake retired 2 years back and 2 youngish lads bought business by paying old snake 6000 quid a month learnt this by reading CAV report and owe tax man many many thosands so my 75 quid long gone so will show as bad debt and save a wee bit on tax could have been lot more
