Thats why i love doing terrace houses and take advantage of no rear access and get loads of them(nearly a full round) coz no one else likes doing them.

Iv not long started and only target terrace houses after reading some of your posts,If you price them right i think you can do quite well, when iv hit all the areas i want and stop picking them up il then move on to semis ect
Thats what im finding mick, picking up quite a few. At 7.50 a pop, not as much as you charge but for up here i think thats a good price, plenty of work if you look hard enough

Most down my way still only charge £5 for fronts on terrace not seeing the bigger picture.

leave terraces to trad cleaners, too time consuming for little money, not worth the hassle
But trad cleaners clean semi's and detached houses as well. An average semi where i live is £12-15 taking 15 mins each. a medium terrace front £10min charge taking less than 5 mins.I cant do 30 semis/detached houses in a day but i can easily do 30 compact fronts in less that 5 hours. My theory is that terrace fronts are a win win situation, proof is in the puddin.
I have some long runs of terraced, biggest is 21 houses one after the other at £7 a house.Stroll along doing all tops, then walk back doing bottoms, easy money
