gleaming insurance

tried 2 quotes and never heard anything since emailed still no reply first time over 2 weeks.
Not happy and will be moving my insurance elsewhere as i am with them at the moment.
Any suggestions please?
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

I'm with them and my policy just rolls over into the next year (auto re-new). That's what happened this year and there was no increase.
