Not sure but a few guys missing the point with the original post,
Nothing to do with the carpet being a polypropylene. It's the fact it's a Wilton and a polypropylene. Woven through backing. When a carpet shrinks its the backing that shrinks.
Ry check for the fitting, door bars, gripper joins etc. depending on your machine power you could hwe, but as first time, I'd bonnet buff. Good vac, if use a micro splitter sprayed on the pad thoroughly and off you go, stopping and turning changing pads regularly. Small trigger spray for stains or traffic lanes. May need qualifying with client depending on soiling.
