If you pay him £1200 he will make sure you get £1200 back in paying customers over 2 cleans PROVIDED you follow his proceedure then he is out i think so far this year only one person didn't make target And followed his procedure that person was given a partial refunded, you won't get prime time months ie "now" he is fully booked till around end of nov n started taking payments for next year already!

you do get a life time of support and sometimes he does more then he needs to
Do the next step is cleaning with a backpack on while canvassing lol,
Give him a shout he has plenty of refs they will all give you honest opinions
He will do his best to give you an edge that you keep as many customers as you can.
He doesn't garrentee them as people who boast these things were the reason why they stopped canvassing how can you promise xyz when you just met the customer one time.no one knows whats on the customers mind ,

Heres how the marketing package Whizz-Bizz provides works:
When people pay the £1200 upfront (£350 deposit) I get them £1200 in FACES
(FACES are people that have a genuine interest in one or more of your services)
These FACES are data captured people, at this stage.
Very relaxed.  Very interested. We remove out call backs and jobs for in the future people. Generally  £200 in total. This £200 I call on the agreed dates.
You then text the remainder quite a liary text from your phone, from this text we will lose £300 (maximum). Reasons vary, from changed mind, want to be in, can’t afford, old cleaner turns up, couldn’t say no face to face, bad mood, raining. Your guess is as good as mine.
These are not dead FACES I call them the following month with the view to rebook. We can generally say £80-£150 will be recaptured.
You now have £700 in straight turn up cleans, that you haven’t had to ring or argue with, you  arrive , look smart and do the job to the best of your ability.
At the end of the clean you hand/post them a  letter thru the door. We co write this letter.
In the letter we lay down the law, and explain about the criteria of being on the round.
From the £700 first clean total I expect £200 to drop off, varied reasons, didn’t like it, cant afford, moody, water on windows, lying so and so, letter miffed them.  This £200 is not dead deals I call them the following month. Looking to salvage £50-£100.
Even if it drops below the £500 agreed repeat total short term we still have £500 in faces to recall with an estimated recapture total of £130-£250.
I DO NOT CHARGE ON ONE OFFS ON WINDOW ONE OFFS.
All  YOU have to do with me is send one block text, take payments and clean.  Very little stress for you.
We even have a generic text that you send out, that filters out messers immediately.
My job description as far as I see it
I go to the door and I find happy smiley people that want to give you money.
Whilst at the door I do an ice break, a price, a close, write on their card, tell them about payment methods, take frequency explain about water on windows. Then I Re explain it all again to them.
Then I do databases in the evening, then call all messers, cancellations and call backs later down the line etc.
I promise you, do it my way and it will be the most stress free canvassed work you have ever had.
So in English this is what you get  for  your £1200 UP FRONT (£350 deposit)
 £700 in payers  (MINIMUM)
 £500 in repeat work (MINIMUM)
 Ongoing support
 15+ hours of telesales (MINIMUM)
We travel anywhere in the U.K with no extra costs.
Whether it takes 1 day or 3 weeks, we stay till the end.
On any work that exceeds the agreed amount you get a 2 clean credit facility.
We do not charge on 1 offs on window work.
All hotels/travelling/food are covered
We book in any additional services that you may offer.
You get us when you want us
You get a contract in which you can add stipulations
An invoice
We do not ask for a minimum amount of times to use us
We actively look to book fronts, which is easier work for the cleaner
You know exactly what your getting on every booking with us.
We are on facebook, twitter and have a website.
We will produce references from 5 people that have used us.
 We work in all weathers.
You will receive between 70-120 customers every time you use us
Our number one objective is to get you as much of your investment back on the first clean
Most importantly is we do not mislead you.
Its actually cheaper to use us than the no money up front guys when you factor everything in, unless your using someone local.
It is the best offer out there for anyone that is looking at expanding their round quickly with little stress.
Hope this answers many of your questions, feel free to call me anytime.

I actually believe what I offer is very good value for money.

Whizz what do you mean by faces?? What do you say to them to get them interested in maybe using 1 or more services?
To me you make the easy task of canvassing sound so long winded and complicated.
Do window cleaners realy want faces who are interested in "maybe" using there service or would they rather recieve confirmed work where customer has been given a date so all us the wc's have to do is turn up and do a good job so customer will want a regular service!. I know it makes you sound good going the extra lengh but you are only going half the lengh at the beggining by gaining a list of maybe customers?.

Thankyou for your enquiree,
A face is someone who has expressed an interest in one or more of the cleaners services, they are all confirmed jobs at point of me leaving them on the door. I call them faces rather than deals as I never actually believe the customer until their money is in the bank, by calling them a deal at this stage is only offering false hope, as many factors to be factored in, changed mind, hubby says no, no money, old guy turns up, going to do them selves, dont like the pole, etc etc
I will give a day and approx time if cleaner wants that but more often than not Ive been told to leave it open, example we are due in next 2 weeks. This actually gives the cleaner more freedom to pick and choose his streets.
Basicly I will listen to the cleaners wants and needs and work as closely to their requirements as possible. I think my main selling feature is I actually care about the cleaners and I genuinely dont want them to go skint.

didn't like the way the emails were sent , very rushed , and very take it of leave it , they didn't answer a few questions I wanted to know , and after four emails I got a gut feeling that this doesn't seems right , you know the feeling you get when you start a job for a nasty customer ??

I asked to speak to someone they didn't ring , just many little things that put me off

Sorry you didn't feel comfortable to proceed, and went elsewhere.

What I want people to appreciate is I do get alot of calls (which I always answer) and that I am very direct with fresh enquiries in a lot of occasions when people call they have very high expectations and aspirations that are very difficult to live up too. I find by being straight from the get go it cuts out future issues, and time wasters.

Generally I also find that 80% of the questions are answered in the info Ive sent over and if you ring the references (Cross ref there numbers on google) you will find that yes I do turn up and yes I do deliver.
I did return your call and there was no answer, in the case of Tom I actually rung him twice before we spoke to confirm he had received his info.

I run Whizz-Bizz very much like a window cleaning business and they have many similarities. Heres a few.

1 window cleaner, 100s of customers 1 whizz-bizz, 100s of customers

I knock the door with pretty much 1 package do you want your windows cleaned ?, they can factor in a few things notification, frequency, payment method etc

I offer the cleaners pretty much 1 package do you want the £1200 package ? they can factor in a few things notification, frequency, payment method etc

But ultimately it is very much a take it or leave it situation in both aspects.

Many of the people I speak to actually like the fact Im only on the phone about 20 minutes and just send the info out and leave them alone to make their minds up.

I am easy to find, I have a website, I have facebook, twitter and a mobile. It does state on the email feel free to call me.

I do actually like the fact you guys have come forward and put your concerns across, and I believe both accounts to be true. So now its been established that there is a problem on the initial contact this has and will continue to be improved.

Myself and many window cleaners have many hopes and aspirations in regards to how whizz-bizz can be that perfect amazing team, and I really would like to be that. Unfortunately it is not always possible to please people.

The main issue is I am only 1 person doing 3 peoples jobs. If I was to hire someone just to take fresh enquiries obviously I would have to pay them and that would put my prices up. So what Im going to do is produce a new package which will factor in additional admin staff costs. This will be launched in January.

I believe in regards to the knocking the bolts are on tight, and there are some other areas that need working on. These areas will continue to be improved.

I just want to also make it clear that in both these cases no money ever changed hands.

Many thanks

Mark
