Just out of interest there Tom, what did I say on the phone that made you think mmmmmmm didn't like that ?. I have a set script for every incoming call and I do this as I want to protect myself. Was it me saying Yes there will be 1 offs, yes there will be 2nd clean cancellations, yes there will be idiots because if its that you should thank me for being honest. Just wondering as I don't like people thinking bad off me and want to improve what I do from all angles. I actually welcome constructive criticism.

It just seemed a bit rushed and you just wanted to send an email and hope I said yes from that. I think maybe a few questions about my business, what my target audience is, finding out about what I want to achieve, what current customers I have etc.

I like the idea of what you do and I would be looking to work alongside canvassing with someone but I didn't get a chance to find out the basics of how that could work.

Like I say the service seems good, and I will contact the references.

I always ask if trad, or wfp but your comments there are spot on and will be taken on board. If you called me in the morning Im not always at my most switched on either and generally rushing about, all my regular guys don't call me till after 12 as they know this

Heres a day in the life of Whizz during Monday to Friday, I arise from my pit around 10, whack the kettle on do online marketing etc, from 12 Im on route to knock looking to finish around 7. Get back to hotel around 8-830 and eat food. 930-11 do paper work from the day then spend the wee hours answering Whizzbizz posts on clean it up and other such forums.
Sat and Sun are a bit different I get up at 8 wipe the sleepy dust of my eyes have a brew and leave at 9ish finish at 3 then get in again, eat write up stuff and relax.
In between doing that I get maybe 15 new enquiries a week which I like to get an info pack too within 48 hours were possible. I have many ongoing clients that ring me just for a chin wag or progress updates etc ( which I love ).
Just as a side note once I send the info packs out I do NOT chase to see if you want to proceed, its down to the cleaner to contact me.
So thats my life very dull I know, thanks for allowing me to share
