serious now, whats the going rate for sale of houses

i have 16 houses over 40 miles away, they r all 10 pound each on a 5 week round. all wfp all cash on day, some pay for next door ect

by the time uv taxed it and took diesel off its not worth it, what could i sell them for to a there local window cleaner. thanks
i was thinking 3 times the rate

Houses round our way sell for about £150K - £200K.

You didn't say how long they've been established, the longer you've done them the more someone's likely to pay.

Also the time it usually takes to clean them is important as it gives the buyer an idea of their potential hourly rate.

If the above are both high x 3 would be a very low price. You could probably get double that or even higher.
