What is inside each flat ? Are they all pretty much the same size/layout so you can estimate one and then just multiply by 32

Typically these have a small hall with a storage cupboard, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/lounge. Has the flooring been finished ? - assuming predominantly carpet with vinyl in bathroom and kitchen area.

Are there manufacturers/safety stickers on the kitchen fixtures, sanitary ware in bathroom ?

More questions than answers I know but the more you know the better (in terms of accuracy anyway!) your price will be.
