Checked my water today and shocked to see it was 35 out of DI, but only 24 out of Merlin. Changed resin and all good, but interestingly when I emptied the resin vessel, it was almost devoid of resin, but full of water. Is that normal?

Strange! Defo shouldnt happen!. How full do you fill your resin vessels?.
One tip I will give you is to fill the vessel with water once you've put new resin in. Once the resin is suspended in the water it's much easier to get the riser tube back in & lined up with the neck threads. If you don't put water in all that pulling & pushing could dislodge the riser tube.

I just cleaned my windows with 25tds (the last of the dodgy water above, mixed with half 0 tds) and dried just about perfect. A couple of spots, but they might have been there anyway.
