Which sections did you have an issue with?

When spraying with PTFE spray is important to let it fully dry off before assembling.

Also when inserting the sections they need to be pushed together fully but not pushed together too hard.

When dismantling the sections it is important to twist the lower section in a clockwise motion as this will help part the sections (it would look like it needs twisting the opposite way).

Sounds like your speaking about a modular pole.  I've put tape around the outside of the top of each section just a few inches from the end.  This stops the poles slipping into each other too much.

Simon.

Sounds like there may have been too much PTFE Spray which for some reason had not dried off causing almost glue-like suction on the section.  I would recommend cleaning all of the joints off thoroughly with something like isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirits.  Then re-spray lightly and leave to dry overnight.

I am not sure why the spray went like glue?

However if it was still tacky and wet when assembled it would allow the sections to slide too tightly together and also would form a wet vacuum between the sections which is why you're not able to pull them apart easily.
