Hi
How many of you clean windows with a tds of around 6 or 7 from the ro and not bother putting it through a di.

After ro mine is 17-24 and when i tried to clean with just that it spotted like a teenager with achne! When it goes through resin and creeps upto 25/30 after a few months it cleans fine so the resin is a must for me for some wierd reason.

I would still use the resin as at 007 from the R.O. it will
last years.
I agree with Mick Kent for some reason I find that water going through resin does
clean better.
I went R.O. only for a while the water was at 004 and it didn't spot.
But when I went back to using resin it seemed to remove things like bird and insect muck
quicker.

the water out of my ro comes out about 8, then it goes through my di which i haven't changed the resin for 2 1/2 years and it comes out at 5. i do need to change my pre filters though & this will knock it down a couple
works for me.
