I bought a machine from a company over three years ago, ever since I have always received excellent service when needed. (Hardly worth a dedicated thread I hear you mumble), but on this occasion the service was outstanding. Not so much for what they did, although that was excellent, but more for the way they went about it. The engineer diagnosed my machine problem on the phone, instructed his office of the parts I needed, which were delivered next day, took the time to explain to a halfwit exactly how to carry out the repair and then (which I thought to be above and beyond the call of duty) provided his personal mobile number in case I needed further guidance out of office hours. The following day he took the time to call me, checking if I had made the repair and that I had done it correctly. Thanks Frank and Cleansmart.
