sounds like you are well ahead in this game, there is no need legally for a sole trader to do any courses, just do as you said and you will be fine, if you know how to write a risk assessment you are ahead of a lot on heregood luck, insurance will not ask you either, they just want your dosh
Peeps.Just about to launch out as a sole trader. My a van and a pole. No ladders . What are the Health and safety requirements. Do I need to seek out training for myself to satisfy insurers for PLI etc. Or do I just take all reasonable steps to negate risks. I have done lots of Risk assessments in my current job should that be sufficient. any guidance accepted.
