ive only ever done a builder clean once on a small bungalow and had a nigtmare.
ive been offered a care home that is still being built, they want it done every 6 weeks but the first clean will be a builders clean.
it is mainly 3 storie but does have parts that is 4 storie, 66 bed care home
i have no idea how to go about cleaning upper floors, i obviously use waterfed poles, but how do you get the windows up to scratch when they got glue and cement etc with a wfp, really want this as a regular job but dont want to mess up the first clean
any ideas or help much apreciated

How so? I must be doing my build cleans all wrong then, 6 this week so far and none can be cleaned from inside.

Most of the windows flip out so you can get to most of them.

If your first experience of a builders clean was a nightmare, why are you interested in doing another one that's even bigger!!

rg1 because i will gain it as a regular job every 6 weeks and its going to be at least £200 job as a maintainance clean
if i dont do the first initial clean then very small chance i will get it as regular

I do plenty of builders cleans.you need a sharp scraper,soak glass first.get what you can from inside.

Sub the builders clean out to another company??

i think if i give the builder clean to another company ill lose it, will have to see when its built if i can get to them from inside, if not will try get the contract before handing builder clean to another company
