She would have to prove beyond doubt that YOU were responsible otherwise forget about it.
The pen is mightier than the sword (and a lot easier to write with!)

I had a similar situation when a customer said i had scratched her patio door, which i 100% knew i didn't do, she threatened me with solicitors and allsorts, the advice i got given at the time from peeps off here was that she didn't have a leg to stand on, if your customer takes legal action they will be asked  what proof do you have ie; did they see you do it, even then it's your word against theres.

Just forget about it and move on don't get into arguments with them, i take it they don't want you to clean their windows anymore?

People used to threaten my mrs in one of the jobs she had.
She had to say (bosses told her) "as you've suggested solicitors, we have to leave it to them now, sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your call"

They either call a solicitor (which they won't) or have to back down in some way which gives you the upper hand

seriously don't worry about it, if the customer contact you again, tell her if you carry on, i will sue you for false accusations!
