Please can you explain in a little more detail using sentences exactly what the problem is you are experiencing. Doing this will probably get some response. At this moment, I'm afraid I don't understand what the problem is.

Thanks.

My TDS level after it comes out my brush is reading 14 and I can't work out what it is I need to do. I've fitted new filters and new resin as the level before was 140

So what your saying is the water in your tank is 4ppm but when goes through
the resin it goes up to 15ppm.
Must be a bad batch of resin.
If its reading 4ppm in the tank then bypass the resin and use it as is.
4 ppm will clean windows without any problems.

If your tds WAS 140 and your tds is now lower (4) coming out of your r.o then unless you completley drained your tank before producing, your 'old water' is mixing with the 'new'.
In other words, at first, you'll have a bit of the 140 water left in your tank and you're adding water with a tds of 4 to it, creating an end tds of 15 coming out the brush.
After a few fills the tds in your tank will soon come down
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?
