Very nice, except the for the spelling.

I didn't notice that before. How odd?

What's spelt wrong?

It's so obvious that most will miss it.

Nothing is spelled wrong but no one has noticed the extra "the" in my post! I was trying to be ironic.  :-[

Spelt Gold!

Not necessarily; either is acceptable like wagon and waggon. Sill or cill.

But spelt also means wheat or dross from metal so "spelled" makes the meaning abundantly clear.

I don't have business cards from vista print or anywhere else because IMO they are a waste of time for a window cleaner like me that does mainly domestic.

Here is why your whole image is wrong:

1. The name whizz bizz - I mean WTF?  What has that got to do with canvassing or window cleaning?  It would be a good name if you dealt in something urine related like toilet blocks etc.  Just because you think it sounds good, doesnt mean it will help you sell your company.  It sounds non-serious, which is fine if you were selling something fun and non-serious like party supplies etc, but not fine for something businessy like canvassing.

2.  Your logo - a bolt of lightening (and not a very good one at that).  What has that got to do with canvassing etc?  It would be good for an electrician or installer of lightening conductors.  Also, against the black background it just looks tacky.  Again this adds to the image of being non-serious.  My impression is a not very professional company.

3.  The website.  Oh. My. God.  How tacky can you possibly get?  And not even useful.
No address on the contact page, so immediately suspicious.  Only a mobile number as a contact - again suspicious.  Super-annoying text scrolling across the top like something from the 90s - TACKY.  Not even a proper navigation bar.

Considering you're selling a marketing service, I would expect you to be at least A BIT good at marketing yourself.  But instead it all looks home-made, tacky and unprofessional.

Sorry to be harsh, but you did ask.

If you want to know how to improve it, well being totally honest you might as well start from scratch.  First and foremost ditch that stupid name, call yourself something relevant like CanvassBuzz or RoundBizz etc etc.

Then ditch that equally stupid logo and have one professionally designed by a graphic designer.  Get a freelancer to do it for you from peopleperhour etc.  And don't have one that requires a black background to show properly because that's tacky as hell.

Then don't do your website yourself becasue it always looks homemade.  Again get a freelancer to help you, its not expensive and they'll do a better job standing on their head than you or I could do in a month.  Most importantly use good quality images even if you have to pay for them.

And finally do you really need business cards?  I'd guess that most people would approach you online not in person.  But if you really do need them again get a designer to do them for you.  I can usually spot a home-made design from a professional one in about 1 second.  It's well worth the money.

Wow I just totally saved your business.

1. The name Whizz-Bizz derives from the idea of I go to an area, Whizz round get the Bizz and go home. So yea I think its quite relative to what I do.
2. The lightning bolt represents quickness as thats what its all about. Getting £500 in or what ever you got in April,May doesnt really pay my bills.
3. My address is on my facebook page which can be found via website, I only have a mobile as never at home and Ive never had a landline ever, and I don't want one, I've been home 3 weeks all year, not necessary
If you compare my site to my competitors I actually think its the best of a bad bunch and I do agree it needs work its only been up since Jan so the way I see it as I grow and improve so will the site. I had a firm do it.
If we compare my operation to my competitors I'm the only one on facebook and twitter and with a site.
Considering I'm currently fully booked up until November I must be doing something right in the marketing department. The scroll bar is annoying but I feel a necessary evil as I wanted something thats easy to change if new notifications are needed.
The cards are needed as when I'm out knocking you'll be surprised how many cleaners I stumble across each being a potential client its handy just to dish out a card rather than a scrap of paper.
To be fair Pete I dont think your being harsh at all and I hope Ive cleared up a few of your statements
