PDA not updating correctly

Hi guys ive just sent this email to the George support. Has anyone had the same trouble?

"I have recently brought a pda to run pocket George.

I took it out today and done a hotSync when I got home. All my customers that have not paid are shown as "due" for today but also have the debt that they owe from today. All the customers that have paid today gets updated correctly.

So the customers that have not paid today are not being "pushed" onto there next clean date but staying as "due" but with there debt from todays clean :-/

any help? James"

Don't worry. I had the wrong date on  the PDA. Im sure it isn't 2005!

Yeah all good now. To turn the PDA on again after the battery died I had to take the PDA apart and disconnect and reconnect the battrey. I'll keep an eye on it from now on   :P

Nice one, I know when I first got it, the battery was totally flat and had to charge it for 15/20mins before it would power on thinking about it.
