payment slips

anybody fancy showing me some smart ones please?im looking at getting about 10 000 a7 payment slips printed but want them to look professional.£32

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

I have just had 5000 done at a local printers postcard size and in card double sided , Looks really good and working well .

If you email me  via the contact form on my website i will email you a pic tonight . Mike
