Richard you cannot let him get away with this mate! please keep us updated on the matter! I really can't stand bullies. Up until i started doing martial arts i was a wimp and was bullied at school and have been a coward most of my life. Now the tables have turned! The thing is with me though is i maybe sometimes am a little too quick to respond nowadays.

I'm not giving it the big one but i'm not so sure i could let this kind of thing lie, I have a feeling i would be round his house banging on his door! I'd like to think though i would do what your doing now and going about it in the proper way!


Because if you go taking the law into your own hands it can backfire seriously! Before you know it you hurt him (maybe even accidentily kill him) then what!? All because of some numpty!

I think the best thing is to learn self defence (like i have!) BUT be able to laugh at people like this and see there inferiority's. And push his buttons to get back at him like others have said on here! You know... Like when you see him shout abuse at him and just annoy him until he wishes he hadnt said anything! All the while knowing if it comes down to it you can take

i'll keep you all posted on this...  just no news about it at the moment. i'm waiting for a call off merseyside police with an update.

we dropped a further 10000 leaflets in his area this week, and are in eastham again on tuesday for our round there so nothing changed in my outlook in that sense.

what i have going for me is that my guy who works for me is actually a retired pro kickboxer and a current cage fighter.  he's only 5'2 and looks friendly enough, but if anyone tries to bully him they will find themselves getting hit.  in some ways it's not ideal, as i know he has a short fuse with this sort of thing, but at least i don't need to worry about him  

as for myself...  i;m 6'2 and never been in a fight in my life.  but i;m a stubborn guy and dont like being pushed around...  so i;ll stick with the police route and will be happy to pick up the guys work when he ends up cell mates with Richy Wilts

nope, not had any rise in our eport enquiries.

it's not been in the papers so i guess his clients wont know where he is.  and as he doesnt do the cleaning they wont notice.

i guess there will just be a gradual decline in their service quality, over time...

The police WILL investigate this properly, we had a guy text us and asked us to supply a drivers address or he was going to torch our vans.

The police put a trace on the mobile, and found out it was a pay and go from Tesco, eventually they spoke to the owner of the phone who said he sold it months ago.

Not had any threats since,

 The police do really follow these things up, they were brilliant with us and phoned us regularly to keep us updated

Maybe in Devon and Cornwall but I wouldn't expect that Merseyside police will be viewing this incident as seriously.

Any PAYG can also be traced. Most people who threaten others are generally thick as $hit. With a PAYG phone if you pay for your top up online, or over a counter with a credit or debit card or at an ATM machine at ANY time then your knicked. They haven't got the nouse to think of that. That twot off CIU, Gordon (whoops! ) up in Scotland who threatened me had to resort to lying to the rozzers that it was his staff doing the threatening on his wife's phone at 19.30 at night. Why was his wife associating with his staff at 19.30 on a Saturday night? Perhaps she'd been playing away, again

Same rules, but different priorities, targets etc. In Cornwall I expect they have to deal with more "rural" crimes like sheep sh@gg1ng.

no there not but the police in mersyside are under paid and over worked and they deal with a lot more harsher crime everyday then where your from make what sounds to you a real deal to them its just everyday talk
