Back in the day When i was a lemon, I told someone I was gonna kill them. They called the Rozzas on me and I got nicked for it. Spent a night in the clink and cps charged me with making a "threat to kill" yes it's a criminal offence that can lead to a prosecution!
I got fined about a hundred quid, and a conditional discharge. Do it again and it's 7 days at hmp!

As tough as he reckons he is, getting nicked is highly inconvenient.
Don't think the law has been changed, tell the old bill you wanna press charges. No one should have to put up with this kind of threat. I fully deserved my punishment. In retrospect I should have been dealt with even harsher.
Completely unacceptable behaviour.
Easy to say just "knock him out" or "torch his van" but in reality if your capable of those things, why are you cleaning windows? You should be a bouncer or a hitman!

Ps, if he comes near your house, just accidentally run him over!
