« on: July 15, 2013, 04:11:20 pm »
Been asked to quote a regular clean on this property. Inside & out on the first clean.

I have never quoted a house like this so wondering what sort of price would be acceptable?

It depends how dirty they are. I reckon it is over a day's work if minging. If it were me I think I would quote about £400. But it depends so much on state. Thereafter, perhaps £110 two monthly?

it looks big at first but its not that big in reality.

take your day rate and go from there.

on a maintenance clean the outside could be done in an easy 2 to 3 hours and insides a PIA as georgian  ::)roll

Not that much there. I presume they're concrete framed mullions. Can only see 25 windows on the main building.

The other stuff looks like about £75 in and out. So the main house in and out £150. Go in at £250 it'll be good money. Day for one person isn't it. Tops. Make sure you do a good job. First clean, take your time, be thorough and professional.

Outsides £75.00 on an 8 weekly. There's no more than an hour and a bits work there for the outsides.

Do the top mullions first all round the property.  Do courtyard area then go back and do lower section mullions.
