i wouldn't have thought a water bed and poles would be a good mix due to puncture risk?!  :P

its fine so long as arm bands are worn (brightly coloured so as can be seen from a distance) and a lifeguard on standby with direct access to emergeny services, should it be required  ;D

Bolton eh? ... could use one of those water cannon thingies they use in Northern Ireland. Keep the knuckledraggers away and have plenty of water for your waterbed.... errr waterfed pole.
It's a game of three halves!

Do you allow lads off to sign on because they will have to go back to bolton or day off to sign on and do they get paid for day off.

The best way would be to have the round set up so there's work near the job centre on signing on day that way the employees don't waste too much time.
Business is all about planning.

Try the job centre, you could poach staff from the competition

Why don't you go cottaging or something that you would normally do rather than trying to be a clever richard

The post was about trying to find someone who may know someone who is looking for a job basically, but not to worry.

Unlike some halfwits that come on here I know in which direction I am going work wise, even if I can be argumentative and awkward myself.
