i think a vivaro is overkill if your a sole trader cleaning mostly domestic work.i have a kangoo at present and 400L does me although ill be getting a slightly bigger van next time and putting a 500L in the back.
dont forget the extra expenses, insurance, repairs and fuel.not to mention more awkward parking on some customers driveways/roads nearby.
unless you plan on getting a gutter vac or a pressure washer or employing id get something a bit smaller mate.

slightly bigger?? like a vivaro
i work out of a vivaro and its briliant , wouldnt go smaller , have a 500 l tank that now im used to wfp and work is all done on time i rarely use all of in a day unless big commercials or very long day and i dont use aquadapter or taps
you could get slightly smaller like transit connect or vw caddy , but the cost is almost no difference maybe mpg slightly better , and i dont think you will find many parking spaces a caddy will fit in but not a vivvaro/transit , there isnt much in it...
it all depends how much water/gear you want i suppose
ps, if you ever think of expanding the capacity is there without changing vans
