No. Have had people out with me but I work solo.

Thing is 9 year ago when I started I thought i'd have the ability to get abroad for a month or maybe 3 over the winter months. But it hasn't worked out like that.
It's been days or a week here and there but that's it.

The only way I see myself getting my October - January sightsee abroad is to employ.
I'm not ready for that though.
Hence my interest in yours and other posts on here about progress made and moving forward etc.

never let an employee have access to your jobs list , the list is GOLD and can be plundered

Yes i'll have to do it sometime for sure. But it will have to be all or nothing and will involve a lifestyle change.

As for trust and holidays etc, that's all stuff that will be learnt and achieved in some form along the way.
Hopefully he will strike lucky with this 1st employee but if it isn't him it will be another. There's lots of issues to overcome when employing but now he's 'doing' he will learn quickly.

Or give up employing and concentrate on a round that gives him income and easy life.

Good luck

You should be very safe as he doesnt drive .

i have found its quite exciting to have employees and rewarding too .you become a minor pillar of society and command  respect, up to a point

i could never step back to being solo now,for starters the sheer workload would kill me
