I've done a few of these recently
One was a standard 3 bed semi charged 100 took half day
Other was 180 took 5-6 hours
So I don't find they are great money makers but if you have time spare they are ok.
Cheque / cash on the day as well which is good. Makes a change going home with your days wage in your pocket

Id defo charge more. £199 and spend 6 hours there bringing it all up top notch so they get there moneys worth. Only prob is it would eat into normal work, defo good for weekend and rainy day addons though. I dont do addons but will consider this method on weekends as an easy boost. Can only but try.

took me 4 hours on dirty one but if one is not so bad you can be away in 2-3 , i dont include interior though
trouble is i did one that looked bad but the plastic came up with wfp
but some are stubborn and i had to get ladder out and scrub all fascia by hand , nightmare , i dont reckon i will do it anymore unless its for a silly price

Yes, perhaps you could/should charge a little more... BUT, you wont land as many if you go more expensive, so charging less will equal more.

These jobs I am only booking in on Saturdays, and rainy days. We are flat out with regular windows throughout the week.

The company who run grippatank also do window cleaning and what they do is charge lets say £20.00 a month for a £10.00 job and at the end of the year clean the fascias,gutters etc
this way customers dont have to find the money, it is already paid for

I do the same thing with my £10 fronts if its a hard sell or a realy small house by saying will do there gutters if they get blocked! Always a winner and still to this day from 2 years of targeting them i havnt had to do 1 gutter job.
