This question has prob been asked a million times but...
« on: July 09, 2013, 07:37:30 pm »
Does this scorching weather effect the results when WFP?

Reason I ask is that a house that my employee cleaned earlier spotted quite bad, and I had to go over it. But I coudnt see the results as was in a major rush and had to clear off straight away before they fully dried.

We are pumping out 000 so its not the resin.

So, does the direct sun at this temp have any effect what so ever on the results?

I DON'T THINK SO pure water is pure water, there is nothing to spot, shouldn't matter how fast it dries

sounds more like technique or lack off?

Yes, the Sun has a big affect. Hot glass will just drink your water- if you know what I mean- so you need to use more.
You could give the glass a spray first. This will cool the window and also ensure you're not scrubbing too dry, if that makes sense.
Think of using a dried out applicator before blading, when trad.
It won't work, so use some water.

You need to rinse the dirt off the glass. When it is hot the water will dry before running off. Rinse more.

I agree it definitely makes a difference, windows in direct sunlight will need a bit more rinsing to ensure you get all the dirt off the glass before the water dries.
I've used a lot more water today than I would normally use to make sure they come out top notch.

In theory, window cleaning is dead easy but in practice, there's snakes in them windows  ;D.
Sometimes you have to think about windows  :o. The same window could be cleaned a lot easier on a damp day than on a scorcher.
Heat a pan up and pour water on it and see what happens. You don't need to, really; but you know what I mean.

yes wouldn't do it on first cleans.
I start at bottom of the glass rubbing up and down in zigzags and then top to bottom sideways .
