Description of the contract:
The awarding authority working is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for inclusion on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Cleaning Services to
Schools within Brent.

It is intended that the DPS can be used by any school within the London Borough of Brent for the provision of its cleaning services as and when required. For a list of schools in Brent please follow

It is anticipated that the DPS will be for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for up to one (1) year.
The Council will give any organisation the opportunity of joining the DPS by offering full access to the tender documentation via the London Tender Portal System until 6 months to the date when the
DPS ceases to operate. Organisations can upload tenders for evaluation at any time throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. Admittance to the dynamic purchasing system will depend on
organisations meeting the minimum criteria as stated in the tender documentation by the Council.
