I bet you £1 that he has at least 5 days off work in the next 4 weeks.
I am going down the franchise route but was hoping to have a big chunk of the new work upfront rather than a mad scramble to pick up a couple of hundred customers in 3 months. The employee also gives me the extra capacity to keep picking up customers at a high rate all year round. With the franchisee I find they want work in spurts. When they have settled in after about 6 months they want about 60 more, then another 50 then 50 more at the year mark. I am up to my tits all the time so need help to take on a good number all year round.

Poor cherub isnt well enough today either. Apparantly the tablets his gran brought round yesterday havent helped and hes going to get better ones today. He also knows its 'taking the p a bit'.

Last time was about 6 months ago for a day before that its years ago, so far back I can't remember.
