I've worked with Wor Lass for about ten years now.

My advice is not to do it; however, most of the 'husband and wife' teams I've known haven't lasted too long.  Winter seems to finish most of 'em off.

There's positives and negatives with working with your other half.

Yeah, working with a female is great asset.
Always the one that new people would approach when working. And some can chat briefly and get away sharpish without appearing impatient.

I considered working with the 'ball and chain' but that would mean I was cohabiting with just a window cleaner  .
And I can do so much better, like a model or a dinner lady, for example.

Here's a top tip...

When you're with your Missis and you see some silly young thing dressed in next to nothing, you say in a derogatory tone of voice, "Look at the flippin' state of that!" and it gives you a free pass to have a good letch without getting into trouble.

They don't teach you this stuff at school.

Hi Guys, I work with my other half, through all weathers. Yes, I think it helps that I am a woman. The ladies seem to like the fact that I clean windows as well. The business is named after me and people seem to remember it more because of my name. We have a great time working together.  And the bonus is when my other half complains that he has had a hard day, I just look at him and he stops complaining.
