Rewarding Canvassers
« on: July 07, 2013, 11:23:04 pm »
I read a lot on here about finding and using canvassers to find new custies..

The one thing Im not getting my head around is rates of renumeration for said canvassers.

What do you pay and whats the formula . is it payment on first clean. payment on second clean.?

How do you remunerate making it worth their while but without leeching all your hard earned....

The norm is 2x payment on handover from the work.

Mick Im being a bit thick. What do you mean handover from the work. Is that as soon as they have secured a customer. or is that after the first clean?

Say a team of canvassers go out for you and get £250 of work. Soon as they give you that work you pay £500 as the x2 as payment.
A lot of trust goes into the canvasser to refund any dropouts and to make sure work is to scratch, however its in the canvassers interest to do a good job so you will hse them again in the future. Soon as they do a bad job or dont replace the dropouts then thats it when the word gets ojt no one will ever use them.

It depends on what you mean. Do you mean canvassers directly working for you or do you mean an outside team of canvassers doing a one off job for you?
