Description of the contract:
The awarding authority wishes to appoint one supplier to operate a building cleaning service at the site. The contract will be for a four year period with an option to extend for one year. The
contract is to commence no later than 2 September 2013.
TUPE will apply.
Marshfield Primary School is located in Castleton, Cardiff. The school is on one level and 410 pupils attend it. The cleaning service will operate for 39 weeks per year from 3 pm to 6 pm Monday to
Friday, except for statutory bank holidays and inset days. There will also be a requirement for 'deep cleans' to be undertaken in school holidays.
