Has anybody tryed using a chemical like this and just pressure washing it off on gutters and fascia? On really dirty gutters and fascia i usually pressure wash first which usully takes most of dirt off but do need to go round with wfp for final touch without using chemicals, if could cut the wfp out would save alot of time. Anybody use chemical and just pressure wash and what results?

personally i wouldnt use pressure washing as water can go into the roof and could cause damage to it.

i just spary with this and then wash off with wfp brush lot quicker, less equipment

Guess you could do, but for it to work well its best sprayed onto the roof or what you want to clean, left to soak for a bit then scrubbed off.

yer works well on the algee too, used it on some yesterday on 2 roofs that was just covered in the green algee, as soon as it was spayed on some of the algee colour and muck was running off, then it took the brush 2 strokes to get it off, upward push than downward pull then rinse well.

Looks good Richard. I have some heavly soiled bike sheds to do next month, and most of them are under trees. Did them 3 years ago using virosol and it took two of us a day to clean as they were so bad. Do you think your chemical is good enough to spray and pressure wash off?

would say so, that stuff when soaked just came off with just brushing my finger over the surface so pressure washer should be no problem,

at maximum strength dilution the 5lt would make about 250lts of mix.
