When I went over to a 2 man set up, I just put a splitter after the 100 psi Shurflo pump and added another reel. Been working like this for 2 or 3 years now.Like this one..http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SHURFLO-100-PSI-PUMP-5L-M-WATER-FED-POLE-SYSTEMS-/120579356149?_trksid=p3284.m263&_trkparms=algo%3DSIC%26its%3DI%26itu%3DUCI%252BIA%252BUA%252BFICS%252BUFI%26otn%3D21%26pmod%3D220902101640%26ps%3D54
There are different Shurflo 100 psi pumps the one shown in the previous posts is the 5 litre per minutethis isn't powerful enough for a two man set up on most jobs.Get the 100 psi with the higher flow rate its about £30 more expensive than this one but saves on having tobuy two pumps.

All eggs in one basket. No redundancy, one pump goes and the whole show grinds to a halt.
but the main question is "can i use 2 pumps and just 1 controller "
