Im going to convert my one man van system to two man, what is the best pump to use as the label on my old one has come off.
Ebay has all sorts of pumps, any one know??

Ive used 2x vyair 5ltr pumps for 17 months with no problems. Cheaper than flojet and shuflo too.

When I went over to a 2 man set up, I just put a splitter after the 100 psi Shurflo pump and added another reel.  Been working like this for 2 or 3 years now.

I did the same last week , but i cant get enough presure, so im going to get a new pump and fit a new hose from the tank to another pump then DI then reel.

Have a look at pro pumps off eBay I used these for the new van they are 100 PSI and I got 2 for the price of 1 shourflo pump ( think they were 31 quid each ) they are working really well with no issues.  Inlet and outlets are only 8mm so you will need minibore  for pluming up

do you need to get another controller? or can you just have 2 pumps running of 1 controller?  I have a good gardenia controller

I was going to hook up another pump to my controlller i wondered the same thing do i need 2 controllers ?

I never use the controler,what I used to do is press the button until max and then get on with it,
Ive taken the flow controler out now and it works great, all I have is a switch on & off.
I have 3 fan jets fitted to my brush, so I need the presure it swills off faster,

this isn't powerful enough for a two man set up on most jobs.
Get the 100 psi with the higher flow rate its about £30 more expensive than this one but saves on having to

I ve found out that it will not work well with one pump ,the one that on its way is a second pump, two man system you do need two pumps two DIs.

But if your trying to build a 2 man system on a tight budget this could be an option.

Unless you carry a spare pump this is just the same for a 1 man operation and I bet not many have a spare

how dose this effect the flow when one operator turns the flow off?? Mine has a second port and splitter but need advice on how it works?
