Lost my squeegy
« on: June 24, 2013, 07:56:01 pm »
So i get my trad tools out the van the other morning to do some bungalows and cant find my main 12" unger ergotech (with stainless steel channel) squeegy!

So i had to make do 17. 1/2 squeegy (or so it measured when i just measured it now!)

Anyway before i buy a new one online i was just wanting some advice on which kind and size of squeegy everyone uses as an all round domestic?

Many thanks

George

i like using a 14.

Ah right... I went for the 12" cos it fits in ALL windows. Even small openers! So do you find the 14" small enough for all domestic windows too?

Cheers

I prefer the smaller 10 inch ones, and yes the wagtail rubber is excellent. Even when i've bought other rubbers sold as "hard rubber" they're nothing like the wagtail rubber.

4" & 10" for all domestic stuff and 14" for shops.

I still use an Unger Ergotech from when they first came out. Considering how many times it's been dropped, once from about 60ft, and it's been stood on countless times, bashed, lost in a garden pond for a week and various other mishaps, it's lasted pretty well.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.
