Help with pricing please
« on: June 20, 2013, 06:14:29 pm »
I have been asked to do a quote for a public house which has lots of windows and a very large conservatory which is used as a kids room.  I don't think they want the upstairs done but they used to have a traditional window cleaner who they paid about £25 every 4 weeks but he has finished.  Any advise please

Cheers

Impossible to say without pics I'm afraid mate. From your description it could be 1 hours work or 10 hours work.
"....and it's lend me ten pounds, I'll buy you a drink, and mother wake me early in the morning."

8weekly

Sounds like more than £25 though.

A very large conservatory sounds like £25 on its own . Mike

is it inside as well?

impossible to say without pics

i would be able to tell how long it would take if i could see pics.i price these jobs at £40-£45 an hour.

i would offer 6 weekly or 8 weekly to soften the blow if they think im too pricey.9 times out of 10 they go for it. ;) ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

Thanks everyone, I don't have any pics unfortunately but I will take your advise to hand when trying to do the quote.

Thanks again, will let you know if I get it
