Hi I wonder if you could help me,  one of my jets have snapped on my super lite wide extreme,  I want to get a replacement jet from you but was wondering is there easy way of getting the snapped one out,  ive tried unscrewing it but it just turns,

Hi Kris

I find that the simplest way of doing this is to get a 4mm drill bit, place it on the jet from the bristle side then using a hammer, hammer the jet back out of it's hole.  The new jet can be fitted by tapping into the jet hole with a hammer from the socket side of the brush.
