Is it battery powered? How is the boiler powered?
If its battery powered how long does it last? how long to charge?

How much water can it hold?
How expensive are the brushes?

Lot of questions, at a guess it wouldnt be good for large areas with really heavy gum.

It is powered with cold water and chemical with a gas canister.  Essentially one fill with chemical and a gas canister lasts an hour.  It takes 1 minute to heat up and you buy a day pack for it which comprises of 6 Brushes, 4 Gas Canisters and 8 lots of chemical that lasts 8 hours and costs £48 which is £6 per hour to run it.  It is low pressure and the chemical and brush does the work.  It cost £1495 + VAT and I am thinking about distributing them!

Its just another version along the same theme, the same as my generator and dc3000 just a little more mobile, the same as that back pack powered one that was here a couple of months ago. The window cleaners have enough grief with their gas powered water warmers so I can't see this being over reliable - gas water and electric in one box. My luck ain't that good so I'll stick with the dc or the hotwash. Canterbury used to run a gumcart which they seem to have ditched now

Im of the same thoughts, bit pricey, and what about the stubborn gum that needs a good scrub? That thing wouldnt have lasted on the ikea job we just did. Would definitely need a trial if I was thinking about it.

Would be a good thing for councils etc though. They have heaps of money

Thanks for the posts guys it was just something we were looking at.  I wouldn't market it without testing it anyway!  We are continuously striving to improve our range and you know what the Germans say "Vorsprung Durch Technik"

Its an expensive toy with a brush for a steamer stuck on the end.
You would spend ages trying to cover large areas
What about the rest of the area? does it leave light patches everywhere when its dried?
Then you've got to pay £ 48 a day to use it?
and you would have to keep ordering the packs in advance if youre planning on using it.
Might as well buy a tiny brush and put it on the end of a steam wand
it would do the same thing and be £1490 cheaper.
