Description of the contract:
The awarding authority invites tenders for the provision of Cleaning Services for the specified location. The contract is expected to start on 01 January 2014 and will run for a period of three (3)
years with the possibility, following annual review of performance, the Council may extend the Contract for further periods of twelve months each up to a maximum of two times.
The cleaning provision will include internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour.

A visit has been arranged for all contractors to view the site on 20 June 2013
Contractors must book in advance a place on this visit by contacting the school office by phone 01905 772138 or email
office@st-peterscofe.worcs.sch.uk The tour will start at 10am and last no longer
than 1 hour. Unfortunately other dates to visit the school are not available due to the busy timetable. Contractors are asked to send just one representative on the tour to help keep the overall
numbers of visitors down.
Tenders and the Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire Document must be returned by the due date of 31 July 2013.
