Aquamix is good, but doesn't stay on a vertical surface for very long, unlike a toilet cleaner that comes out like gel, meaning a longer dwell time.

Assuming you are only relating to diluted Aqua Mix Phosphoric Acid Substitute this statement is true but in this scenario:

All you need to do is to use Aqua Mix NanoScrub with the Aqua Mix Phosphoric Acid Substitute and it will be more viscous than toilet cleaner and adds a soft abrasive action to boost the PAS or use Aqua Mix Ex-Treme which is a buffered acid based cleaner and is more viscous than toilet cleaner.

I would avoid anything highly acidic, or high alkalinity come to that
Toilet cleaner like harpic  can work miracles, but it will damage aluminium , and even chrome taps....
I have a hansgrohe sink tap, I put some harpic at back of tap to remove a bit of stubborn limescale.....left 10 mins as was distracted, it's leached in to the chrome plating.
So in domestic jobs I would just use limelite and non scratch scourer, after a few cleans it will improve, just tell custy it takes a whole to get the screens nice.

Also, most shower screens have aluminium frames, even limelite will mark these if left unatttended.

Mr B
If in doubt.....Leave it out !!

Totally agree with you Kevin, but have been carrying out builders cleans and eots for years using this product which is also stainless steel safe.
By using one product it makes it easier for my staff.
To date it has never caused any damage to fittings, frames, taps, or sinks, and it's cheaper.

Mate I don't doubt you and if it works for you and the staff great!  However, we do find that when they see things like Professional Products for Professional People on the labels they are impressed and even more so because they then Google Aqua Mix Products and realise they can't buy them anywhere except online through Amazon, Ebay or Webshop or from a authorised distributor.

I think they are more impressed with the results rather than looking at the labels, that's why they use me all over the country.

Like I said it is whatever works for you but on all of our jobs included in our quote we supply Method Statements and MSDS Sheets for all the products we are using so we stick to the Pro Gear.
