The most user friendly programme out there is Quick books pro.

With quickbook how do you move the invoice box down as it prints over my letterhead

Go into quickbooks and pull an invoice up on the screen, on the top of the page is a symbal of a printer with print written underneath, click on it,click on settings, then click on align and make the necessary adjustment.
