If you read the Renov8 thread you will see why that machine may not 'look ' professional, from our perspective and probably, from a customers point of view as well.

Please don't read this post the wrong way!

Is carpet cleaning struggling , I would be developing what is a business already, rather than looking to sink money into an as yet unexplored avenue.

There is a very small window of making money, generally, in pressure washing, to the domestic market and you are virtually through it for this year. It does end in September, you just aren't going to be able to do enough, to make any money this year.

When you have the machine what will you do to make it bring money in because it isn't the machine that does that, it is always down to the individual operating it.

A lot of the services are struggling at the moment and they see pressure washing as an easy add on, it just is not that easy.

Everyone down here works really hard to have the most professional business they can but they do not use electric machines and they do this properly.

I am all for helping everyone who wants to develop their business but at what cost. I don't work in the domestic market, a lot of the people down here do and I consider them friends and we help each other, all of the time. I could tell you everything you need to know but sooner or later that would stick in the throats of the people I see as peers and I would be asked why I am helping to flood the market.

We are being inundated with 'hey guys' posts and it is probably pertinent to do a lot more research, read the backposts and then the everyday posters on this section will take you seriously.

Again, please don't read too much into this, it is certainly not personal.

All the best

This pressure washer is not "generally " accepted as being big enough for what you are proposing ...although you will be able to to the job it will be hard work.
The "industry minimum standard" for domestic jobs would be 3000psi at 15lpm. This really needs to be provided by either a small jap petrol/diesel engine coupled to  an Italian pump . My number is 07973 2165 02 if you have any questions.
