Blocked the drains with all the mud, blocked the gutters that they said they hd cleaned out. Water leaked into the garage from the roof. Pressure washer, karcher one from BnQ broke, the guy had a p in her garden, read the paper, smoked a lot. Covered the garden in poop from the roof, and the cleaning on the drive was so bad, it just looked the same, weeds and dirt everywhere. Said they repoint, didnt, said they replace broken tiles, didn't, said they replace lead flashing, didn't.

I've been using ropes on roofs this year, following suit to Mike Roberts. They'll be wasting their time if they tried it on with me. Plus even if they did I'd nut that c**t Matt and give them footage they won't be able to put out. As bad as them guys were Matt and Barry are pricks too. Exaggeration of the highest order coming from southern softies whom wear hi vis vests to inspect a roof.

Yes the guys on the job were pathetic and cowboys to say the least but the real t*ats are the those behind the show.

The fact is that they are making a tv show and the fact that your talking about it means they have done the job. It would be boring if they told it how it was ! I do the drains on KCC gypsy camps and I've never seen any like they have on big fat gypsy wedding. I get quite a few e mails from tv production companys wanting to come and film gross filth cleans and decomps and I'd never contact them when they come up as I don't think its right to show the sad side of peoples lives. its all about putting bottoms on seats and they have done that

To be fair on the BBC they have obviously had a lot of complaints about this guy, it's not just off chance they hear about him. They may dramatise it but he was obviously a scum bag and his reaction said it all really, pushing cameras and threatening to kick off. Guys a ****** and deserves everything he gets dramatised or not.

Just watched this now.... what a f@@king joke! Domestic karcher would take the skin off a rice pudding, turning up in their car, the guy rigs a charger up off the extension (think that's a jail trick), extension leads under the house, has you turned the washer on? haha. nice hoody mate  If these guys are the kind of competition that's out there then I feel safe in my job, I feel justified in my professional approach, infact watching them makes me feel special

This investigation is not a true reflection of the service we offer. Out of the thousands of customers we have serviced, two properties do not represent a true reflection.
We are human and mistakes will happen. Some of the findings are inaccurate; the anti fungicidal wash is used on all properties and is in the dispenser of the pressure washer before we arrive at all jobs. This is not as you say, used to clean the roof.
It is used to treat the roof at the end of the process and we buy this from a retailer who advises that it is effective through the machine. We have never had a remedial for re-growth of moss, lichen, or algae, so the findings are inaccurate.
As for broken tiles there were no broken tiles before works commenced or when we left the properties.
Other failures such as a staff member cutting a cable is shocking and has been dealt with internally, as with me Going to the toilet, for this I am ashamed.
But leaving us on a set up property for 9 hours with no facilities is poor. I was not aware of any charge being made to Mia Shah by our staff member for replacing a baton; again this has been dealt with internally.
We are happy that these points have been brought to our attention and have rectified our complacency.

There you go lesson learnt - as the BBC production campany are here we have brought in a portable toilet and catering services. The main point that an entertainment value has been achieved and we should wee in the back of the van or look for cameras
